Walter Claw Software LLC is an Arizona software company. Our current product focus is ClipScript, a Windows desktop transcript workspace for creator-owned YouTube videos.
Website data
This website is a simple informational site. We do not intentionally collect personal information through the site unless you choose to contact us by email.
Email contact
If you email us, we will receive the information you include in that message, such as your email address, message contents, and any attachments you send. We use that information only to respond, provide support, or handle legitimate business communication.
ClipScript account connection
When a user signs into Google from ClipScript, the app uses Google OAuth to request access authorized by the user. That access is intended only for creator-owned YouTube content the signed-in user owns or manages.
Tokens and local files
OAuth tokens, local settings, transcript history, and exported files may be stored on the user’s own Windows device so the app can function and reopen previous work. In the current product direction, transcript library data is intended to remain local to the device unless the user explicitly exports or moves it.
What we do not sell
We do not sell personal information. We are not in the business of brokering user data.
Third-party services
ClipScript may interact with Google and YouTube services when the user chooses to sign in and access creator-owned transcript data. Those services are governed by Google’s and YouTube’s own terms and privacy practices.
User control
Users can disconnect their Google account in the app, remove local files from their device, and choose whether or not to export transcript material.
Children
Our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.
